By accessing or using the Triple Fit Tracker platform operated by KaiserKraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Use of the Service
The Triple Fit Tracker is a business intelligence tool for account portfolio management. Access is granted to authorized employees and contractors of registered organizations. Account access requires administrator approval.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Ownership
Your organization retains ownership of the business data you enter into the platform. We process this data solely to provide the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
KaiserKraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform.
